Hakat Metan Manifesto
Hakat Metan is the germ of a conceptual process to embarked on by anyone really who wants to be a part of the development of FREE Timorese digital art culture.
Hakat Metan is a space for anyone who believes in the potential for Timorese digital art, whether it be music, recorded poetry, film, graphic art or digital art, video art, ect. It is also a forum whereby artists can promote their work in an independant [cheap] way and exchange and meet.
At present however Hakat Metan is only a handful of artists. 2 to be exact. In the future this might not change.
Hakat Metan is not a brand. Collaborations with outside organisations are welcomed so long as Hakat Metan everyone in the collective is happy. Collaboration is always encouraged.
